Il "Vicolo" is a large and comfortable two-storey apartment, characterized by a first room with a kitchenette complete with all the accessories to allow you to cook and eat as if you were at home; a dining area with the characteristic "old grandmother’s sideboard" and, of course, a TV. Connected to this room is another room, over 5 meters high, overlooking the alley thanks to a very tall window from which you can see some roofs of the old part of Lecce; the room is furnished with pieces of our Italian design and is equipped with a Smart TV that also offers Netflix services. This room is overlooked by a balcony and a corridor on the upper floor which, with their extra clear glass balustrades over 130 cm high, make the ambiance one of a kind. There is a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
Going up the corten staircase, you will find the unique, large sleeping area. Here you’ll enjoy a king-size bed with a private wardrobe room, a reading nook, a Smart TV, and an antique dressing table. You’ll also have a comfortable bathroom with a large shower.
Suggestive is the play of lights, as well as the walkable glass hatch in the floor.
As mentioned, the view from the upper floor on the lower floor is truly special.
A washing machine and a dryer are available, as needed.
